Are you insured?

Yes. PSG Courier Services maintains active commercial insurance coverage. We understand the importance of liability protection when handling medical specimens, prescriptions, and confidential materials. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request for contract partnerships.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. We provide same-day and time-critical (STAT) delivery services throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding Georgia counties. We understand that delays can directly impact patient care and operational efficiency, and we prioritize urgent deliveries accordingly.

How is chain of custody maintained?
